Siberia
Born in Siberia. Emigrated when I was six. Learned early that the rules are different everywhere and that you read them yourself.
E-commerce operator. Builder of the systems that run it.
I run an e-commerce brand. AI agents I built create and launch the ads, watch the spend, kill the losers, answer the customers, and write my morning briefing. I used to do all of that by hand.
What runs without me
Writes the copy, renders the image, launches the ad as a paused draft, and ships it once every check passes.
nightlyReads yesterday's spend and results, moves budgets, kills the losers, graduates the winners, and writes down why.
every morning, 6:00Watches every live ad against its cost-per-result target and pauses anything that breaks it before it gets expensive.
hourlyAnswers tickets, tracks packages, handles returns, and escalates the strange ones to a human.
around the clockCounts what is left, projects the day it runs out, and drafts the reorder while there is still time to ship it.
dailyOne message with what changed overnight, in the business and in my life, and the two or three things that need my call.
6:05, every dayReads email, WhatsApp and iMessage, drafts the replies, and sends the routine ones itself.
continuousEvery agent above reports in. If one goes quiet, this one notices, files the ticket, and tells me only if it matters.
every 5 minutesThe rule is simple. If a task touches a screen, it gets a system. The system gets a watchdog. I get a summary.
The story, short version
Born in Siberia. Emigrated when I was six. Learned early that the rules are different everywhere and that you read them yourself.
First real job. Finance, terminals, numbers all day. Good training for reading a spreadsheet before believing a story.
Left finance to build things you can hold. Spent ten years learning the whole machine the hard way: ads, video, manufacturing, logistics, disputes.
Got tired of waiting on other people to build the systems. Learned software engineering and started building them myself.
Now AI agents do the operating work. I write the systems, watch the watchdogs, and make the calls that are actually mine.
The worm
The worm is the agent. The dots are my old to-do list. Arrow keys or WASD on a keyboard, swipe on a phone. Every task you eat is one less tab I have open.
